  14.       2    Egg whites                         1 c  Broken pecans
  15.     3/4 c  Sugar                              1 c  Chocolate chips
  16.       1 ts Vanilla

  18.   Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. With electric
  19.   mixer,beat egg whites until peaks begin to form. Add sugar slowly (about 1
  20.   tbsp at a time ). Add vanilla,salt,and beat until everything is very stiff
  21.   and shiny. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by tspfulls onto cookie
  22.   sheets and put in preheated oven. Turn oven off and FORGET the cookies
  23.   until morning.
